I graduated from the University of Miami in 2003 with a B.S. in Marine Science and Biology.  Before

returning to graduate school, I worked with several non-profit youth organizations teaching environmental education and assisting low-income, first-generation college bound students to graduate high school and attend college.  I am currently a graduate student working on my M.S in the department of Marine Affairs and Policy at RSMAS.  My interests include coastal resources management, as well as coral reef conservation and restoration.
